The CIC - the economic development leader
Co-located with the Chamber, the Community Improvement Corporation of Springfield and Clark County (CIC) is a 501c3 nonprofit economic development organization whose mission is jobs and investment. We assist existing businesses, attract new businesses, develop real estate, and aggressively market our community. Since 1970, we have helped create or retain over 10,000 jobs in Clark County and generate fixed asset investment of over $1.3 billion.
