The Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce has selected FirstEnergy Solutions Corp. (FES) to provide both electric generation savings opportunities and budget certainty to their members in the greater Springfield area. 

Valuable Savings

Chamber members with locations in the Ohio Edison Company, The Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company, and/or the Toledo Edison Company utility territories can participate and save through this program which includes:

• Small Commercial Customers:  Receive competitive pricing on accounts with total annual usage less than 700,000 kWh on rate codes GS or POL will be enrolled at 5.80 cents/kWh until May 2014 meter read date. Service to begin on the next available meter read date. Complete and fax the enrollment materials to lock in your savings.

• Large Commercial Customers:  Receive a no-obligation savings analysis from FirstEnergy Solutions. We will develop a customized savings and pricing proposal for your large commercial accounts (over 199kW). Simply download and follow the instructions on our authorization form.

• Service:  Greater Springfield members will have access to customer care representatives through our toll-free inquiry line, 1-888-254-4769. These representatives are dedicated to serving members only.

To be enrolled at 5.80 cents/kWh until May 2014 meter read date, follow these steps to start saving today:

1. Log onto www.fes.com/greaterspringfield
2.  Enter your name, your company, your title, phone and e-mail address
3.  Enter the 20 digit customer service number on page 3 of your electric bill
4.  Enter your 10 digit meter number
5.  Enter your service location (address)
6.  Enter your current utility name
