Resolute937 offers a health and fitness environment for anyone and everyone

Resolute 937, 1161-B Bechtle Ave., Springfield, officially opened on Feb. 25. The fitness studio offers yoga, barre, pilates, swerk, cardio/HIIT, Bold (strength training), and stroller works.

Whitney Jarzab – a fitness trainer since 2015 - says classes and programs are designed for all fitness levels. Also, Resolute 937 is unique because it is not an open gym.
