Scott's apprenticeship under his father's tutelage, from the tender age of 12, instilled in him not just the skills of the trade but also a profound understanding of dedication and perseverance. With Richard's passing in 1975, Scott faced the daunting challenge of carrying forward the legacy. Despite trials and tribulations, Scott's resolve remained unshaken, buoyed by the support of his family and friends.

In the crucible of economic downturns and financial hardships, alliances were forged that would shape the destiny of Triec. The camaraderie shared among Scott Yeazell, Dan Heaton of Heaton Electric, and Dennis Jones of B & C Electric blossomed into a symbiotic partnership. Thus, in 1984, Triec Electrical Services emerged as Springfield's premier electrical contracting company. The amalgamation of expertise, experience, and ethos laid the groundwork for unprecedented growth and success.
