As the Clark County Job Fair approached, the Greater Springfield Partnership geared up to play a pivotal role in connecting local businesses with skilled and reliable workers. The event, held on April 17, 2024, was a cornerstone in addressing the community's workforce needs. With over 500 local high school students and job seekers from the Greater Springfield area in attendance, the 14th annual job fair helped businesses fill crucial roles.

A Well-Attended Job Fair
The event was a resounding success, a testament to the potential and talent within our community. Featuring 59 employers, over 500 attendees, 350 students, and more than 150 adult participants, the job fair was a beacon of hope and opportunity. Many attendees made excellent first impressions and secured future interviews, with some even receiving job offers at the fair, promising a brighter future for the community.
